Describe the bug
I got banned immediately after creating my account. I didn’t even have the chance to send a single prompt or interact with the system before the ban occurred.

The only possible variable is that I accessed the platform through a trial link. However, I did not use any payment method or enter my card details, and I never actually got the chance to use the service before the account was already flagged.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to account creation page (via trial link)
Create a new account
Log in for the first time
See that the account is already banned or flagged

Expected behavior
I expected to be able to access the platform normally after creating my account and start using it by sending my first prompt.

Additional context
The ban happened after account creation (within hours). I did not send any prompt or perform any action that could trigger moderation rules. I also never used Claude Code . This may be a false positive or automated flagging issue possibly related to the trial link flow.
